Cancellations
If you cancel 30-days or more prior to Intensives and Workshops, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee. There are no refunds on cancellations after 30-days prior to the Intensive or Workshop.
If you cancel more than 14-days prior to classes (Writer's Toolbox, Craft, or Business of Publishing courses), you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee. There are no refunds on cancellations after 14-days prior to the class.
If there are fewer than four people signed up for a class or Workshop, it may be cancelled at the discretion of the organizers, and full refunds will be issued.
Privacy
All writings are assumed to be copyrighted. Confidentiality is paramount. Do not show member materials to people outside the group unless you get permission from the writer.
Anti-harassment
COwrite is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the classes and/or workshops without a refund at the discretion of the instructors/organizers.

Association of American Literary Agents (AALA) Ethics Policy
Any classes, editorial work, or critiques done by agents do NOT constitute an offer of representation nor promise of one in the future. Agents follow AALA cannon of ethics on editorial work.
